Mint Internationals functions as a training institute. We are not brokers and do not provide
investment or financial services. No trading activities are conducted by us on behalf of
participants. Any investment or trading choices you make are your own responsibility and are
done at your own risk.

brokers, nor do we suggest or endorse specific ones. You carry the sole responsibility for all
trading you perform.
NO REFUND POLICY

- Thank you for choosing Mint Internationals for your training needs. We are committed to
providing high-quality training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Before
proceeding with your enrollment, we kindly request you to carefully review and understand our
No Refund Policy.
● Enrollment Confirmation: Upon enrollment in any training program offered by Mint
Internationals, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
● Non-Transferable Fees: All training fees paid to Mint Internationals are non-transferable.
Once the payment is made for a specific training program, it cannot be transferred to any
other course or participant.
● Non-Refundable Fees: Training fees, in part or in whole, are non-refundable. Regardless
of the circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the course, non-
completion of the training, or any other reason, no refunds will be issued.
● Course Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Mint Internationals cancels a training
program, participants will be given the option to either transfer their fees to another
available course or receive a credit voucher equal to the amount paid. However,
participants are not eligible for a cash refund.
● Participant’s Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they
meet the prerequisites and requirements of the training program before enrollment. Mint
Internationals shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction or inability to complete the
training program due to the participant’s failure to meet the requirements.
● No Show Policy: If a participant fails to attend the training program without prior notice,
the training fees will not be refunded, and the participant will not be eligible for a
reschedule or credit voucher.
● Change of Mind: Mint Internationals understands that circumstances may change, but
once enrolled, the training fees are considered final. Requests for refunds based on a
change of mind or any personal reasons will not be entertained.
● Force Majeure: In case of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters,
pandemics, government regulations, or any other force majeure events, Mint
Internationals reserves the right to modify or cancel a training program without providing
a refund.
● Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases where Mint Internationals determines that a
refund may be warranted due to specific circumstances, such a decision will be made at
the sole discretion of the management.
● Refund Process: If you believe that you are entitled to a refund based on specific
circumstances outlined in this policy, you may submit a written request to our customer
support team. Any approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period from
the date of approval.
By enrolling in any training program at Mint Internationals, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. For any questions or clarifications, please
